Admission Arrangements 2028 Consultation
As part of our responsibilities as a Voluntary Aided Primary School, we are required to consult on our proposed admissions arrangements for children starting in Reception in September 2028 if there are any changes made to the existing policy. This is in line with the School Admissions Code, which requires all admission authorities to consult on their policies whenever significant changes are proposed.
The governing body made changes to the Category C, Church Attendance section following last year’s consultation.
We are therefore beginning a formal Admissions Consultation period, during which we invite feedback from parents, carers, local residents, church members, and other stakeholders on our proposed Admissions Policy for the 2028–2029 academic year.
The consultation will run from 16th October 2026 to 27th November 2026 inclusive.We welcome your thoughts and comments during this consultation period. Once the consultation concludes, all feedback will be carefully considered, by the governing body, before a final version of the policy is determined and published.
